Common questions

How do I cancel or change my membership?

Memberships are managed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Profection, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling keeps your membership until the end of the period you have paid for.

I paid but membership isn't showing.

In the app, go to Self → See membership → Restore purchases. If it says no membership was found, check you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.

What do I keep without membership?

The complete daily reading, the first seven stations of the Work — which open every layer of your own chart — the Ledger, and the record of your year. None of it expires.

How do I export my record?

Self → Privacy & Your Record → Export the full record. You get a JSON file readable without the app.

How do I delete everything?

Self → Delete all data. It removes your birth profile, every reading and reflection, your long roads, any card art generated from your photo, your Mirror Portrait and your Voice Print, from this device. There is no server copy to request.

How do I withdraw consent for photos or voice?

Self → Likeness Studio → Consent & Connection. Each permission is separate and takes effect on the next request.

I don't know my birth time or place.

Profection works without them. The rising sign and the houses need both, so those parts stay hidden rather than being guessed, and appear as soon as you add them in Self.
